The guarantee, checked
The terms are shown at checkout rather than published on a public page, which is normal for a launch and does mean you should read them at the moment they appear rather than assuming a standard.
Do not rely on a number you read on a review site, including this one. We are not quoting a guarantee length, because the version that binds is the one displayed on the checkout you actually use. Read it there.
What to do, in order
- Read the terms on the checkout screen before confirming.
- Screenshot them. Whole screen, with the date visible.
- Keep the confirmation email. It is your record of what you agreed to.
- Note the date any window starts from. Usually purchase, sometimes access.

Why a guarantee is worth less than it sounds
Not because it is not honoured — but because refund windows are short and the method takes longer than the window to produce a result. Anyone planning to "try it and refund if it does not work in two weeks" has misunderstood the timeline, and the seller's own material says the first fortnight can produce nothing.
Buy it because you intend to run it, not because you can undo it.
What a guarantee does tell you
That there is a business behind it with something to lose. A seller on a fifth consecutive annual launch under the same name has more reason to honour terms than a one-off, because next year's launch happens in front of this year's buyers.
