If a page asks for a card, it is the paid one
The free registration never requests payment details at any step. That single test settles it, and it is worth applying because the two are promoted in the same emails within days of each other.
Which to sign up for
The free one, first, whatever you eventually decide. It is the only way to judge the teaching without paying for it, turning down the pitch at the finish carries no charge, and registering is also what puts you on the recording list — there is no separate signup for replays.
Skipping registration because the times do not suit you is the most common way people end up with neither the sessions nor the recordings.
What signing up commits you to
Nothing on the free side. An email address, a sequence of messages you can unsubscribe from, and four calls you may or may not attend.
On the paid side, the amount you selected and the seller's published terms, both shown before you confirm.
