Worth it, worked out rather than asserted
"Is it worth it" has an arithmetic answer and an honest one, and they are different questions. Here are both.
The arithmetic
To clear $2,497 you need commission equal to the price. What that means in practice depends entirely on what you promote:
| Commission per sale | Sales needed to clear the cost |
|---|---|
| Around $500 | Five |
| Around $100 | Twenty-five |
| Around $15 | Well over a hundred and fifty |
Identical traffic, identical work, wildly different outcomes. Which is why the offer you choose is the first substantive decision, and why a course that makes you take that decision properly is doing something a cheaper one usually does not.
The honest answer
It is worth it if you do the work, and it is worth nothing if you do not. That sounds like a dodge and it is the actual finding: the variance between people using the same programme dwarfs the variance between programmes.
So the question worth answering is not whether the course is good. It is whether you will put hours into it during September and October, because that single input decides more than everything else combined.
What you are paying for that a cheaper course does not have
- A current method. Rebuilt this year rather than recorded once and sold indefinitely.
- A running order. Sequence, not a library, which is what produces finishing.
- Live sessions and an intake. Other people doing it at the same time, which is the thing an evergreen course structurally cannot offer.
- A closing date. Unglamorous and the most effective feature on the list. Things without deadlines do not get done.
What would make it not worth it
Buying it while genuinely unable to give it time this autumn. Not "busy" - everyone is busy - but a period where the hours truly are not available.
In that case the sessions pass, the material sits, and the programme becomes another unopened login. That is the one profile it does not suit, and it is worth being honest with yourself about before rather than after.
The question behind the question
People asking whether it is worth it are usually asking whether they will follow through, and no page about the product can answer that.
What can answer it is your own record. Have you finished something self-directed before? Did you use the last thing you bought? Those two answers predict your outcome far better than any feature list, and they are worth being honest about because nobody else sees them.
The cost of the alternative
Another year in the same position. That is the actual comparison and it never appears on a price page, because it does not have a number attached - which is precisely why people discount it to zero.
