Everything included, and what is not
Four components, and they are not equal - two are permanent and two exist only while the launch runs. Knowing which is which is the difference between buying during the window and wondering whether to wait.
The training
The core programme, structured as a sequence rather than a library. This is the part that stays in the member area and that you work through at your own pace afterwards.
The sequencing matters more than it sounds. A library invites browsing, and browsing is what turns a purchased course into an unopened one.
The live sessions
Run during the launch window, with questions answered in the room. This is the time-bound half and it does not repeat - the material can be caught up on, a live room cannot be attended retrospectively.
It is also the component that most affects whether people finish, because a scheduled session is an appointment and an unscheduled module is a good intention.
The tools and templates
Included in the package and downloadable from inside the member area. Practical rather than glamorous: the things that remove the blank-page problem when you sit down to actually do it.
The launch bonuses
Attached to the launch rather than to the product, which is why they close when the window does. That is standard for this model and it is stated plainly rather than implied.
What is not included
- A domain and hosting if you build a site - a few dollars a month.
- Chat automation, which has a free tier and paid tiers that scale with volume. This is the main ongoing cost of the method.
- Any advertising spend, which the training does not require.
- Results. Worth saying: it is a programme, not an outcome, and the work is yours.
What the sequence does that a library cannot
It removes the decision about what to do next, which sounds trivial and is the thing that stops people. Facing forty modules and choosing one is a decision; being told which one is next is not.
That difference is most of the gap between courses people finish and courses they own. It is also the hardest thing to convey on a sales page, because it looks identical to a list of contents.
The permanent-versus-temporary split, in one table
| Component | How long you have it |
|---|---|
| Training modules | In the member area, ongoing |
| Tools and templates | Ongoing |
| Live sessions | Only during the launch |
| Launch bonuses | Close with the cart |
The bottom two rows are the entire argument for buying inside the window rather than hoping something reopens later.
