What the order page actually asks you

Nothing unusual, and knowing that in advance removes the hesitation people feel at the last screen. Here is every field and what it is for.

The fields

• Name and email. The email is the important one - it becomes your access and every notification about the live sessions goes to it. Use an address you actually read, not one you keep for signups.
• Country and billing details. Standard card verification. It has to match your card's billing address or the payment is declined.
• Card details, entered on the processor's secure page rather than a plain form.
• Your payment choice - the full $2,497 or the first of six payments of $497.

The two decisions on that page

Which payment route. Full or plan, and this is the one that matters. The plan is the lower-commitment door: it makes the question "can I start this month" rather than "can I find the whole amount".

Whether you have read the terms. They are on that page. Read them there, screenshot them, and the decision is made with the wording in front of you rather than from memory three weeks later.

What happens immediately after

A confirmation email with your access details, usually within a few minutes. If it has not arrived in ten, check the spam folder before doing anything else - that is where almost all of these end up and it accounts for the majority of "I did not receive access" reports for every product of this kind.

If the payment is declined

Usually the billing address not matching, or your bank flagging an unfamiliar merchant. Neither is a problem with the order. Confirm the address matches your statement exactly, and if the bank blocked it, a call to them clears it in a minute.

Worth handling immediately rather than assuming it will work later, because the window does close.

Why the form is shorter than people expect

There is no application, no questionnaire about your income, and no call to book. The price is published and the checkout is a checkout.

Worth noting because the alternative model is common in this price range - a form, then a call, then a price that depends on what you said. This is not that, and the difference is visible on the order page itself.

The thing worth doing before you reach this page

Decide which payment route you want before you are looking at the form. People who arrive undecided tend to close the tab and come back "later", and later has a deadline attached to it this time.
